stuff for vegans
It is not always easy being a vegan or an animal advocate in this world. Sadly, burnout, compassion fatigue, and isolation are common in our community.
This makes it even more important to remember that simply living as a vegan in this world makes a difference, your choices matter, and you are not alone.
This is why I believe it is so important for us to get support from other people who “get it”.
As someone living a vegan lifestyle for well over a decade, I am well aware of the challenges commonly faced by other animal advocates.
This is the reason I love supporting other vegans through counselling and coaching.
