Pricing applies to both Therapy and Nutrition Counselling sessions. You might see me for one or the other, or possibly a mix of the two, depending on your needs and goals

For those who just need a to touch base for a bit between sessions

Applies to initial or follow-up sessions

For those who need more time for their initial or follow-up
*all prices include GST where applicable
Booking session reserves a time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice. In the case that you do not provide at least 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, a $65 late cancellation fee will need to be charged

Making nutrition and mental health services more accessible is important to me. This is why I include spots in my practice to support clients on a sliding scale fee structure.
Equity pricing is available for clients who do not have insurance coverage available.
