Hourly rate applies to both Counselling Therapy and Nutrition Counselling sessions.
$125/hour
*please note, hourly rate will increase to $140 starting November 15, 2026
Booking a session reserves a time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice. In the case that you do not provide at least 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, a late cancellation fee will need to be charged

Equity Pricing
Making nutrition and mental health services more accessible is important to me. This is why I include spots in my practice to support clients on a sliding scale fee structure.
Equity pricing is available for clients who do not have insurance coverage available.
All sliding scale spots are full at this time.
